Been here several times and I will continue to be a loyal client. I’m always happy with my hair here and recently I tried a new style and absolutely love it. What I find most valuable is the fact that this salon cares about getting it right. They strive to meet client expectations and will do whatever is needed to make sure the client is happy. Amanda is the first stylist in my 5 years in NH to whom I will definitely be going back! I have been trying to find "my" balayage person in CT with no luck. Amanda exceeded my expectations! I went to a different stylist in North Haven a few months back with good reviews and 15 years experience. She just couldn't get my hair to the ash blonde I wanted. Nicole is incredible, and the salon is amazing. I've been several times and have always received a warm, friendly greeting upon arrival. I’ve never waited more than a few minutes to have my hair washed (which, is a glorious experience in and of itself...if you’re having a bad day, go get your hair washed at Rebel) or to see Nicole. Horrible experience!!! I had high hopes based on a recommendation, but unfortunately, my experience with Nicole was far from a positive one. The appointment started 1.5 hours late, and the lack of organization and professionalism from the moment I walked in was something I wouldn’t want anyone else to experience. Nicole has been doing my hair for nearly two decades. I've followed her from her early days as a stylist in Milford, to down town New Haven, and now Rebel. I love her work so much I've even gotten my mother, sister, and very opinionated hard to please 14 year old stepson being styled by her.
