I love this gym. Everything from the equipment setup to all the muscle recovery options are amazing. The staff are friendly and are genuinely always happy to help. Everybody knows each other well and it’s like a big family. Would recommend!
The owner has a temper problem and made my 9 year old daughter cry in front of her aerial silks friends.
I liked the set up of the gym, but the bathroom was not kept sanitary and they did NOT offer potty protectors for the toilets. The bathrooms are unisex and urine was always left in the toilets with seats left up. For a gym to charge $60-$80 per month, potty protectors should be offered in the bathroom.
As a local from Chico, I drove all the way here just to try it. With that being said, WOW! I can’t say enough good things about this gym! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a super friendly and knowledgeable staff who actually care about your fitness goals. Whether that is the owner or one of his employees they are all amazing. If you are looking for a gym in the Redding area, GO HERE!!! I recently started going to this gym, and am shocked at how nice it is. The value you get with the amenities is insane, everyone here is super friendly and I’ve made some new friends! Great sauna, high quality equipment, chill atmosphere, feels like family here!
