The gym is ok most of the equipment is usually broken. Outrageous prices for that equipment. The owner has some serious anger issues and screamed at an 18 year old for trying to cancel my membership called me some pretty nasty names. Made me cry over the phone. He also continued to charge my card once it was canceled and told me I “didn’t do it right”. I just canceled my card horrible service and mediocre equipment. They just want your money you can go to much cheaper gyms for a much better experience and nicer people.
If ur looking for availability and being serious on ur work outs, this is the gym open every day even holidays. They have a cold plung/sauna/recovery room/lockers/ picture room but unfortunately no pool for the swimming lovers
Arguably the best gym in Redding Ca
I’ve been a member or worker out in EVERY gym in Redding California, and this is by far the best in my opinion. Classic, hard work mentality. The ownership there is top notch as well, very kind people. People that lift here work hard and get after it, if you are looking to get your dream physique in an environment that works hard, come to Rebel Fit.
Super cool and nice gym. A bit pricey but definitely worth it!
