Great place to take the kids
A young man named Noah helped me to find a new pair of walking shoes today. He was extremely knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. I am a 60 year old woman who doesn’t enjoy shopping, and Noah, who led with kindness and respect, made the whole shopping experience seamless.
I am extremely disappointed with the service at Rebel Sport Eastland, in particular from the store manager, Rebecca. When I raised a legitimate factory fault with my child’s shoe, instead of addressing the issue professionally and replacing the 4 week old shoe she argued that it was somehow my child’s fault that the sole started to split. To make matters worse, she recorded a note on our membership stating that if the same thing happens again, they would not honour a refund or replacement. Ordered online but received wrong size, the online customer service was not being helpful. Eastland rebel staff are very helpful and friendly, got the issue resolved on site.
Very bad customer service. Store manager is very arrogant and doesn’t listen to customer concerns
