I was appalled by the behaviour of a staff member named Nicole, whose conduct was not only extremely rude but also appeared to be racially discriminatory. Went in store today and was assisted by a lovely lady called Maddi. I can't praise her enough. Really helpful without being pushy and actually listened to what my budget was and went above and beyond to find a pair of shoes for my son in that range. The two missing stars are only reflective of the lack of staff to assist and stock on the floor.
