Staff would rather stand around doing nothing than help. Every time I’ve come here, I’ve either been told that they’ll help me when they’re available (because they’re clearly busy chatting with their colleagues), or they find the quickest excuse not to help. For example, when I asked if they have a pair of shoes in my size, they said they only have what’s on display because that model is being discontinued. Had a lovely experience with Customer Service in the Shoe Dept assisting my husband with some difficult to fit feet .... PATRICK T served us he was very patient and helpful so THANK YOU PATRICK.... we went on to purchase some other opportune items more than anticipated ... a well stocked store ... 👏👍
