I came here looking for a new basketball net, and Ai-Dan H dropped what he was doing and asked if I needed any help. He helped me quickly find the nets and gave his recommendation on which one was best! The employee at the check out was also really nice!
This is a big store which give you options to explore easily. There is a new small basketball half-court shooting setup but they come and take the ball if you play with balls to test them, even if the kid is under 2 years old! Advice to management: If you don’t want people and excited kids testing the balls and playing on the court especially on crowded nights just remove it. This is beyond ridiculous and gives customers the opposite experience of what you probably intended.
Staff mediocre at best
Awesome selection. Would be surprised if they didn't have what you needed sports wise. Their apparel range is good with bigger sizes than other places (3XL nike tees). Friendly and helpful staff. I don't like the member pricing model as the only negative.
