Stood around for about fifteen minutes while a manager and other staff ignored me, will take my money elsewhere
Cal/Kal to the rescue!!! Having successfully petitioned for a staff member to help me ( saw two people leave after finding no help) he ran off mumbling about a phone call never to be seen again. Cal sorted me with my first pair of outrageous orange runners. Five stars for Cal, negative two for other staff.
