Not even one member come or helped with my needs about shoes sneakers , I was waiting forever and nobody was there , where is the costumer service ?? There was only one guy helping a lady and than he was gone ??? How the people work and get paid for not working ?? Seriously hire some stuff that want to work and help people ! Anthony provided outstanding service on Wednesday. He was incredibly patient, friendly, and professional while helping my young (and very fussy) son find a pair of soccer shoes. He brought out multiple options without hesitation and offered knowledgeable guidance. It’s rare to come across such genuine and attentive customer service. thank you, Anthony!
