Stacy at Rebel Diamonds is absolutely the best. She is SUPER knowledgeable about everything bling! I always feel I'm treated fairly, too. Her inventory is so varied that she honestly has something gorgeous for every taste and budget. And if you want something customed-designed..she has a great eye for that too!
