Excellent Price, Outstanding Service! I recently had maintenance done on my two heat pumps, and the service was fantastic. Brady and his teammate were incredibly professional and informative, patiently explaining everything they were doing. They were also very respectful, taking extra care to work quietly while the baby was sleeping. I couldn't be happier with the experience—great service at a great price!
The representative came on time and was very professional. He was warm, friendly and knowledgeable.
We thought we had a big issue on our hands. I called Rebel and was texted and called by the owner. They came out asap and were able to fix the HVAC. The technician Jeremy was super helpful and nice. The communication was very good and after coming today to replace the pump and do a the final inspection- I was pleasantly surprised with my bill. FAIR prices, superb service and excellent communication- what more could you ask for!
