If I could give no stars I would !! It never fails , every single time my bf and I go inside the store the older chola lady is always giving us an attitude for no apparent reason, she gives dirty looks and everything that comes out of her mouth is rude with major attitude....also when I was getting a fountain drink as I'm filling soda in my cup she moved me out of the way by pushing her body between me and the machine to where I had to stop filling my cup just so she can pretend like she's straightening up the cup/lid area .... read more
I love this damb store so incredibly much why I'm not so sure why the reason I go and get so gosh darn over excited;but I do. I really do.good shopping experiences and kick back bonusis on items in stock
I went to Rebel on Dublin blvd at Fallon Plaza, the boy behind the counter charged me charged me 40 cent before he scan my ice at $3.5 I asked why did he do that , he look at me with a funny smirk on his face, and he said it was taxes, never have been charged taxes before the items is scan. Watch out for the extra charges and ask for a receipt!!
Went to clerk to ask for air pump yo be turned on she was checking out only 1 customer. She did an annoyed facial gesture AND said yes!!!! I went to air pump AND It was not turned i went again to remind her AND she just knoded AND sent back out still no air pump on. ITS the one employee female with the pearsongs on the nosé AND the shaved temples above the ears . This Is dont brother me ITS her attetude might not go come back to this store.they all need to have a meeting AND get retrained on customer service quality procedur... read more
