Job well done good communication between us
This company’s reckless cleaning left my home uninhabitable and put me in the hospital. The carpet cleaning team arrived 30 minutes later than the scheduled time and finished all the work in just 20 minutes instead of the promised hour and a half. I told them that I have allergies to chemicals and scented products, but they ignored me and sprayed an enormous amount of detergent. The team arrived late, rushed the job, and ignored my chemical allergy warning. They sprayed excessive detergent without rinsing, leaving the carpet slippery and filled with strong perfume smell. Later, they even used laundry detergent sheets on the carpet—something every professional knows should never be used. I have had my couch and carpets cleaned with Rebel cleaning which come out very good. I wasn’t hoping for that result. They were two young boys contributing great work to community. Highly recommended 😀👍.
The have absolutely the best cleaning service I’ve ever used. They arrived on time, worked in a great way paying attention to every little detail. The results were beyond my expectations. My carpet and couch looks perfectly clean and smells amazing. No shortcuts, no missed spots just perfect results. They were professional, friendly, and worth every cent. I’ll definitely be booking them again.
