Very impressed by the exemplary customer service provided by Maddy on the phone just now. I'd been on hold to the footwear section for over 10 mins the first time I called, then someone picked up and hung up (hopefully accidentally!). I rang back and after a shorter time on hold, Maddy checked to see if someone had answered and then handled my enquiry herself and went to check on the availability of the "low-stock" item I was after (I didn't want to make an unnecessary trip to find it wasn't in store). Wanted to give out a shout out to a staff member in footwear. I believe his name is connor. I called up to check size and we was polite and efficient on the phone. Came in to try the shoes on and I think we were served by the same person. Like his phone service, his customer service was excellent.
Being to shop in basketball shoes section, no one bother to help customer being checking & asking everyone in other sections & at main counter. 2 staff members was bzy using mobile phones in store.
