Such great service and customer experience here as opposed to other Rebel stores (such as Knox, where they are more worried about staff experience, talking about their hair, what they got up to on the weekend or insulting customers when they think nobody is listening…) Chadstone have great management, awesome sales staff that are extremely attentive. it is definitely worth a visit even if the drive may be 5-10 minutes more than other stores. great customer service! they were so helpful when purchasing my apple watch and took me through all the faulty and refund policies. only star down for a messy store, there was clothing on the ground that had fallen off the hangers. but i also understand it is school holidays which makes keeping the store clean difficult.
Hi Rebel, I’d like to remind you that the “pitch” you have indoors, has been in maintenance for over 3 years. I can see that there are many piles of boxes in there, did you possibly make the “pitch” into a storage room? Me and my 2 sons are shopping for a new soccer ball and a pair a boots, and they cannot try them out in a comfortable space. My sons accidentally kicked the ball into a poor lady’s face, obviously this isn’t my children’s fault. Please fix this Rebel. Kind regards, Sarah and her 2 sons.
