Great shoe range and great customer service.
The customer service is one of the best, came in to exchange 10 minutes later came out with new boots.
I visited this store twice within the past week, and unfortunately the customer service has been consistently disappointing. I approached a chinese looking with curly hair gentleman to ask if they had the Hoka runners in size 40 2/3. I was the one who approached him for assistance. He told me he wasn’t sure about the sizing and asked if I wanted to have a look myself. The customer service representative who assisted my husband was texting on her phone while serving him. She appeared more focused on her phone than on the customer. This was highly unprofessional and resulted in a very poor customer service experience.
I had an incredibly unpleasant experience at this store on Saturday, 20th June, between 4 PM and 5 PM. While walking inside the store, I almost bumped into two young female staff members. It was a complete accident, and I immediately and politely said "Sorry." Instead of acting professionally, they looked straight at my face, openly laughed/scoffed at me, and just walked away.
