Dropped $300 on shoes and they still charged me $1 for a bag. Petty doesn’t even begin to cover it. For that price, the shoes should come in a velvet pouch hand-delivered by someone apologising for the inconvenience. It’s not the dollar — it’s the sheer stinginess. Great products, but the customer experience is tighter than the laces on their display models.

I needed to buy indoor soccer shoes for myself. I asked. I saw someone coming towards me but then left. Waiter 5 minutes and then finally came. Busy but checking out was 1 minute.
