I have left 2 bad google reviews in my lifetime, but I have to say Ethan at your store has the worse customer service. I have personally been in retail for some 20 years. I was made to feel like I was being annoying for being at the store. This is not the first time I have bad service at this store, but this time I actually felt like I was unwelcome. Very disappointing experience. There was no staff available to help me with shoe sizing. If you need a different size or want assistance, you’re basically left to figure it out yourself. For a store like Rebel, I expected much better customer service.
I purchased a Garmin 170 music from here. Owned it for three weeks and was extremely unimpressed with it. I wished to return it and was told that because it was technically fault, just poorly designed, I wouldn't be able to. I've shopped at Rebel for many years and going forward I never will again. I would rather give my money to a giant corporation like Amazon (Who have a very friendly returns policy) than support Rebel.
