Great customer service by Jamie! He was able to bring out both pairs of shoes I was in search of, and thankfully being a flagship store they had all the stock and sizes I needed. Heaps of selection across the board, and plenty of staff on hand to assist with inquiries.
Waited in the football shoe department area today for help getting boots for my son. No one around. I approached a staff member putting out Bball tops and made the assumption he was staff (he wasn't wearing Rebel staff uniform). He went and found someone to help me and her reply was along the lines of...soon, as I have something else to do first. Spent $200 in the store and you want to charge $1 for a bag. A bag that only serves to help advertise your brand as we wonder around Chaddie. That’s a great way to encourage your customers to just buy from Amazon next time with free same/next day delivery. Your stock also wasn’t on the floor. Had we not asked the staff to check for stock out back, we would have left empty handed.
