Spent $200 in the store and you want to charge $1 for a bag. A bag that only serves to help advertise your brand as we wonder around Chaddie. That’s a great way to encourage your customers to just buy from Amazon next time with free same/next day delivery. Your stock also wasn’t on the floor. Had we not asked the staff to check for stock out back, we would have left empty handed.
Dropped $300 on shoes and they still charged me $1 for a bag. Petty doesn’t even begin to cover it. For that price, the shoes should come in a velvet pouch hand-delivered by someone apologising for the inconvenience. It’s not the dollar — it’s the sheer stinginess. Great products, but the customer experience is tighter than the laces on their display models.
