This experience was very bad! I bought a basket of tennis balls at the store for $140 and took them home to find that the lid wouldn't open at all! I tried for a long time without success. In order to open it, I cut a small slit in the opening according to the instructions on the bucket, but it still could not be opened. I tried for at least an hour! Hands are red and swollen! Went to return some shoes today and the manager there named maddi was rude and unprofessional.
The best customer services I had from Kon very pleasant, knowledgeable ,helpful person we had .He deserves a hugh pay rises .10/10
Wouldn't accept a refund on shoes because "you can't walk in running shoes"
Just bought some sport shoes. The young man who serviced us was super helpful. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Even helped us with a price match. The young guy at check out was also lovely! Enjoyed shopping there today.
