Hi Rebel, I’d like to remind you that the “pitch” you have indoors, has been in maintenance for over 3 years. I can see that there are many piles of boxes in there, did you possibly make the “pitch” into a storage room? Me and my 2 sons are shopping for a new soccer ball and a pair a boots, and they cannot try them out in a comfortable space. My sons accidentally kicked the ball into a poor lady’s face, obviously this isn’t my children’s fault. Please fix this Rebel. Kind regards, Sarah and her 2 sons.
My experience was terrible. Placed a click and collect and the staff misplaced my order. It took an excruciating amount of waiting with multiple staff members trying to assist whilst also managing putting through sales at the pos. I feel unimportant and the girl who eventually found my order handed it over in such a rude manner. No customer should be made to feel like an inconvenience.
Excellent store, very good product assortment, and above all, very helping Mia! She finds exactly what im looking for in no time! If you shop there, look for Mia!
Customer service is very bad
We had a very disappointing experience at Rebel Sport Chadstone. We visited the store to buy shoes that were on sale. The shoes were not available in-store, so staff helped us place an in-store order with home delivery. We were told it would arrive within a few days. However, we waited more than a week and did not receive the shoes or any updates. When we called the store, they told us to contact customer service. We were kept on hold for more than 30 minutes.
