Jemima was very helpful and was super efficient.
Came looking for runners today. Not only was the assistant Rhys extremely knowledgeable, his service was friendly and very quick! He gave advice and was quick to offer size and colour options. I noticed him working very quickly around the shop floor helping many customers at once. Workers like Rhys are why I come back to Rebel!
Great store. Lots of stock
Went to Chadstone store at about 11am on a Saturday - a time managers could expect a lot of customers, but could not find a single staff member on the shop floor for assistance. Went to the front of the store thinking that at the very least they would have a member of staff their fielding questions, but no. Stock for women’s bathers was very poor, with basically one brand and little stock of that brand, despite the fact their website states they have many brands.
