Customer service could of been better
2 yrs ago I purchased a Lat Pulldown attachment only in stock at rebel Chadstone External. Placed it on hold and drove from Sunshine. Transaction was handled smoothly and professionally by the younger weeknight staff at the front counter. Directing me to rear loading dock. Today my click & collect protein bar order was ready for pick up within 1 hour, smooth comms and pick up.
I visited Rebel Chadstone for a click-and-collect order today. My order was ready quickly, which I appreciated. However, I felt uncomfortable with the customer service experience. The staff member assisting me (I unfortunately couldn’t notice her name) did not greet me and asked for my name in a blunt tone.
