Poor service in kids shoes. Waited about 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge us, then another 10 to be given the wrong size
I was shopping for footy boots and I have genuinely never had better customer service in my life. I think I had Henry helping me and I’ve never spent so long trying on shoes and not once did I feel rushed or like I was being pain. My server was very happy to help and was SUPER helpful. My boyfriend and I have never written a review in lives and we genuinely thought this server was so good that we just had to let everyone know! Absolute King thanks HENRY!!
I would like to thank Keith( Inventory Manager) for going above & beyond to quickly solve the problem of missing parts on an upright bike requiring assembly. When it was going to take 2 weeks to receive parts he arranged pick up of this bike & delivery of an assembled bike. Exceptional customer service!
