I really enjoyed my workout at Rebel Boxing 🥊. The atmosphere is really cool, with the neon lights and big round colorful punching bags. The music is all current and high paced. You receive 2 rounds lasting 2 minutes of 3 sections of exercises. For example if you are on the colorful pinching bag, you will do 2 rounds lasting 2 minutes. Rebel has helped me set goals, stick to them and actually SEE RESULTS!!! The class is intense yet very doable! The instructors are AMAZING very upbeat, always motivating, helpful and caring! I am down 35 pounds since starting in August!!! 🥊🏋🏾‍♀️❤️

Hands down the B E S T, most dynamic and downright FUN workout I've done yet! Aria runs an amazing fitness Haven that not only has epic music to get you out of your head ... But also an encouraging community to get to know in this big city. So far her and Nate have been extraordinary( and patient!) in making sure I'm hitting the bag with the right form. I feel empowered when I leave and I can guarantee you a surge of endorphins will be waitin' for ya when you exit :)) Woohoo!😻🙌👍👍
