I am extremely disappointed with Rebel’s customer service and overall order fulfillment process. My son worked there after Covid and I haven't seen him in over a year. I know the company prides itself on being LGBTQIA and bully free but they fired an employee under questionable reasons. Then supervisors were micromanaging and bullying and harassing LGBTQIA employees making them work long hours and they are a "Christian" company. Really great experience here, me and my daughter were in town from Phoenix and she’d really been looking forward to it. Staff were very attentive, store was well presented, we were able to find what we wanted without issue. One of the employees Isabella gave my daughter a stamp too, which I appreciated. 11/10 will come again.
Cheer shoes are NOT true to size and their return policy is not great for issues like this . Do not recommend ordering anything size specific from them . The backpacks are the only safe item . Customer service is seriously lacking . No response at all .
