Cheer shoes are NOT true to size and their return policy is not great for issues like this . Do not recommend ordering anything size specific from them . The backpacks are the only safe item . Customer service is seriously lacking . No response at all .

Uniform was almost $600 & received with missing rhinestones. My options were to send it back so they can fix it (which I couldn't because I wouldn't have it in time for competition) or for them to mail me rhinestones for me to glue on. I asked for a discount but wasn't given one & received smart remarks in return. A good business would have sent me a new uniform & have me send back the defective one OR given me a discount since I have to fix it myself. Other girls in the gym experienced the same problem from their uniform.
