Grandson loves their footy cards
Poor service, staff were inattentive to customers, asked for assistance multiple times and got responded with “I’ll be with you very shortly”, all while they’re setting shelves and chatting with each other. Poor variety of products, better to check out highpoint.
I just wanted to give a shout-out to Asha for the amazing service today. She was incredibly helpful with the rollerblades and is a great example of what awesome customer service looks like. Thanks, Asha your warm, proactive approach and knowledge made a huge difference.
