I was at Rebel Airport West today and I was vey happy with the service I got, several staff members asked if I needed and I eventually decided to get the Socceroos shirt which was on sale. I did have to wait about 5-10 mins at the checkout as there was only 1 person serving but she was very friendly and professional
Plenty to choose from and got great support with a faulty gift card that I was able to use as the lass found a solution and I made the purchase without any concerns. My thanks.
Great staff! Drove from Werribee to pick up a pair of shoes which I couldn’t find elsewhere. Staff was super helpful as they checked for stock and kept it on hold for me when I called. Thank you and appreciate it.
Staff could not be bothered! Tried to buy a pair of runners and it seemed all a bit hard for the sales staff to find a right size and a style. Lucky DFO was not far away!
