They keep deleting reviews because they're so terrible to increase their rating. KEEP DELETING THESE AND I WILL KEEP POSTING! This clinic is a bunch of clowns. The receptionists are rude at best, the doctors give people $550 drug tests and don't tell you how much they cost you. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! The doctors may be good, but good god, the administrative side is a absolute joke. This is truly an abhorrent clinic that honestly needs to be shut down and investigated.
Don't use her. Please. She doesn't give good feedback or tell you what she really thinks.
Horrible customer service and ridiculous fees for being a few minutes late. My elderly mother was a few minutes late so she had to pay $150 at that time but got rescheduled 2 days later and was 1 minute late and had to pay $75 fee. They demanded my brother to pay for her even though he was just her Driver! Total money scammers and we A CHANGING DOCTORS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! They just want your Money above patient care. My mother broke down in the office crying due to the horrible treatment!!!!!
Great Doctor, horrible office staff. Hopefully she'll no longer be associated with Psychiatry South.
