I called to make an appointment, and I have never encountered such a rude staff member before. When I asked if there was another way since I could not send a fax, the staff didn’t reply back to me for awhile and said, “I don’t know,” in a very unhelpful and unfriendly manner, showing no willingness to assist. Even though they may just be a staff member to receive a call, they represent the first impression of the clinic, I hope they can work with more professionalism.
Dr. Wayman was good but the whole practice I visited her with was closing 2 weeks later. . So I don’t know if this review would be a good representation of her skills.
