I've been seeing Dr. Rebecca Tat for many years and have recommended her to others. She is among the best doctors I've ever had--easy to talk to, professional in every way, and helpful. I get injections around my eye so I HAVE to trust the person to do their job and Dr. Tat delvers without me feeling much more than a twinge. Absolutely the most unprofessional office I have ever dealt with. My mother, who has dementia, starting have severe side effects from a new medication. I have called the office for 4 days, waiting for a response. Spoke with a lady today, explained how upset I was. She apologized, I said it was not her fault. She said I “attacked” her and hung up on me.
I see her often and I really like her a lot. The staff is great too. I never wait more than a few minutes.
Very unprofessional. Poor communication with patients. Unqualified staff.
