My mother had a stress test scheduled for today at this doctor's Startford office as she has been having intermittent chest pains. This morning, her insurance benefit was temporarily suspended as they are still processing her paperwork. The office refused to let her have the critical stress test done without 'full' and 'not discounted fee' upfront. My mom has husky and I did request them to bill me and add me as a guarantor but the staff refused. She was told to either pay full upfront , without even an option for a payment ... read more
