Been with this office for 20 years. Went to my last annual check up in December and left my new insurance info. Dr Robert retired in April. I was told they would email me my medical records which didn't happen. I called the office several time with no luck. Then a few days ago I received a message thru their Portal that I owe for my last visit because the insurance didn't pay. They filed with my old insurance. Our experience with her was wonderful. She is one of the best doctors I have ever seen- wise, thorough, reliable and very sweet.
If I could give this practice 0 stars I would. Please do not go to Rebecca Robert’s. Not only is the staff unresponsive, disrespectful, and unprofessional Rebecca will make you feel uncomfortable. I left my appointment baffled with the amount of disrespect I received. If you need your prescription refilled after rescheduling an appointment good luck! Sad to be giving even one star. Even more sad to think that I’ve been going here for years and putting up with them for so long. Their hours of operation are incorrect. They are unresponsive. They cut off your prescription refills randomly throughout the year and make it a nightmare trying to reach back out to them. Not an organized clinic and lacking communication completely. Will not be back & do not recommend.
The baby had born ON SCHEDULE before the Doctor came. It's ok people can be late sometimes like that, but her staff members are ruthless(Dajjal).
