If I could give zero stars, I would. We have had a couple of visits to the ER in the last year, which were positive as far as the care we received from the staff. Not this time. Doctor (and I lose that term loosely) Reim treated my elderly parents horribly. She was rushed and very loud - jumped back and forth between topics and used medical terms without explanation.
