Rebecca and her team are the best eyebrow specialists in Perth. Rebecca is the top specialist in all things brows who has taken me on a 15+year journey to loving my brows again. When I first saw Rebecca I had frightfully thin brows and was desperate to grow them. With Rebecca's guidance and her skill-full work over a year, I finally had my natural brows back.
