The gossiping thing is true. She sits right outside the door to just gossip to her staff. Never answers the phone. Been calling and waiting for weeks because I’ve been in extreme pain and i need to schedule another appointment after my labs.Left voicemails and called multiple times only to get put on hold then leave a voicemail she’s never going to answer. Appointments are never punctual. Her character isn’t the best but that is the least of my worries considering all the other issues I’ve had with her.

Very disappointing with the care I was provided by Dr. Montes!! I think she could have done more to help me as a new patient. Denied my birth control because SHE forgot to include a lab SHE needed seems unfair. Then to blame her staff for forgetting is unprofessional. Loved the staff they were always very kind.
