It took months for me to convince my mother to get a hearing test. I have been going to this practice and Dr. Lim for many years with no complaints, so I didn't hesitate to bring my mother to see Rebecca Beckman for the hearing test. She was rude, didn't explain anything to my mother about the test and what was going to happen, didn't speak loud enough so my mother could hear her and upset her so much by not explaining the results to her so that she could understand that she refused to go back to get hearing aids.
