Dr. Liu answered all my questions. She has a great nurse who is very sweet and calls to remind me to get my blood work done.
Dr Liu is knowledgeable but she is curt, rude, and gets easily frustrated with patients questions. Would not recommend. After my first visit I changed pulmonologists.
Dr. Liu is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She talks fast, so keep up; take a notepad if you need it. The reason the Dr. is not getting 5 stars is that her office staff needs help.
Dr. Liu should not be allowed to interact with patients. She is rude and dismissive. If you ask her a simple question she becomes exasperated and hostile. I do not know why Baylor, Scott, and White would employ someone who is so outside of the acceptable parameters of conduct in a medical setting.
