Rebecca Lapps is great, however, since I had aspirated pneumonia, she was trying to get me an endoscopy soon to have my esophagus stretched so that I don’t get pneumonia again. Your five star care goal is far from achieved as I have to wait two months to get this procedure done. This is all because you do not have enough doctors to provide even three star care.
