Rebecca Lapps has a very welcoming demeanor regarding peoples very discrete health problems. lol I had a great dialogue with her which led to a solution for a long term health challenge. Novant is fortunate to have her on staff.
This place’s bathroom locks don’t work! A man walked in on me in a vulnerable moment! Beyond livid right now. You need to change them locks!! No button locks!!
