Rebecca LaFevers here at State Farm is by far the best insurance provider I've ever had! And I'm in my late 70's! Always available to answer and explain any questions I have. Also, want to give a shout out to Jody for her help. Great team work!!!
I talked with Jody recently to update our various insurance policies. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant while answering all my questions! I always get my questions resolved right away! I highly recommend Rebecca LaFevers Insurance!
Don’t get insurance through this place I canceled my policy case they charged me a late fee for a second time I called and they lowered by a “drive safe feature” well that lowered it for a bout a month they made me pay a petty $6 dollars extra the next month I cancel my policy I pay with progressive. When it came time for the billing cycle with State Farm they charged me anyway!!
