After working for years with a variety of therapists, Ms. Zeleny quickly proved to be very professional, responsive and trustworthy. The sliding scale she offers helps me afford great care without having to undergo the frustrations of trying to get help through local agencies with their forever swinging doors of therapists coming and going. Stability is important to me. She provides this in many ways. Highly recommended.

Please read reviews with caution. Some individuals may become easily disgruntled over things that are out of my control related to insurance requirements.

After two weeks of playing e mail tag, and then finding out she does take insurance, then after another week of trying to figure out what time will work also by e mail tag I gave up on this therapist, when you ask in each email for a person to contact you by phone so things can be handled in a timely fashion and you still see another e mail popping up, it's a issue.. with one call I could of handle the insurance and booked it, that 18 emails did not handle... oh and tell her how you feel about e mail tag she be saying some s... read more
