I was so pleased with my experience buying insurance from Korando Allstate! John Miller was extremely knowledgeable and made sure I understood my coverages and how they would protect me if I had a claim. I was surprised that I was actually able to save money while getting more coverage than my previous insurance company gave me. I'm glad I got a quote!
They were friendly and helpful and did everything to help my wife and me.
Rebecca and Hailey were so very helpful in assisting me with my claim and updating my policy limits. They were able to thoroughly explain to me the benefits of increasing my limits to better protect myself and I got much better coverage for an extremely reasonable price. The service was excellent and I truly feel like I'm, "In Good Hands!" Thank you both so much! Definitely recommend!!!
Hailey was super helpful in getting me set up with auto and homeowner's policies. She was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and I look forward to continuing business with them.
I recently had to file a claim for my car. The girl in the office that I spoke to was so nice. I was so nervous and she made me feel so much better. This was my first claim and they helped me understand what I needed to do. It ended up being easier than I thought it would.
