Since I’ve been at my (new) insurance company something I’ve become grateful for is talking to ONE person to handle your problem. Rebecca and Hailey were so very helpful in assisting me with my claim and updating my policy limits. They were able to thoroughly explain to me the benefits of increasing my limits to better protect myself and I got much better coverage for an extremely reasonable price.
