This office has horrible business practices. Since my cases has been in her office ( going on 3 yrs now) it has went through the hands of several attorneys and case managers because they are short staffed. Apparently she has an office full of under qualified individuals who do not know the personal injury business as a whole. Why do the employees play games in this office yo are told one thing and that someone will get back with you and they never do and this lady keeps referring to my husband that was in the accident with me and had surgery my husband has not had surgery and this case happened in May 2017 and Honest to God if I am told ONE MORE TIME THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE MY SURGERY RECORDS I AM GOING TO CALL HARRY THE TV INVESTOR each tine I call them I am being told what is going on with my brother in laws case not mine
This law firm HAD been very helpful, caring, and worked diligently on getting a settlement for my case. They made routine calls to see how I was doing and gave updates on my case as well. HOWEVER....read post below. Oct. 2nd...soneone dropped the ball with my case, after several reminders about a medical bill from my accident, I'm stuck with a $650+ medical bill which should've been covered in my settlement. Not happy!
