My daughter just turned 7, but I just realized that I never left a review. When she was 9 mos., I took her to Dr Jordan for an evaluation because she vomited nearly every feeding. I literally left with a new baby. She was hungry for the first time in her life and didn’t vomit anymore. I’m so disappointed that nobody found the ties in their 13 week NICU stay. They had lactation consultants and speech therapists looking in her mouth. Also several pediatrician visits and when I suggested ties, they said it wasn’t an issue.
Over the last year, my little one has seen many specialists. We have been told time and time again, “It’s just the way he is”. I knew in my mama heart something wasn’t right and by the grace of God we ended up in Dr. Jordan’s presence. For the first time in my life, all of my concerns and thoughts felt validated. Our daughter had a lip and tongue tie release about a year ago. Procedure went fine and they were nice and accommodating during the process. Unfortunately her lip tie grew back and they recently told us the office does not offer free revisions for this occurrence. Other dentists in the area do offer free revision and they guarantee their work. We were on top of our stretches and did everything we were supposed to do.
