I recently had an eye injury due to a fall. I got an appointment immediately and Dr. Brown had my eye healed very quickly with the prescription she gave me.

Dr. Brown is an amazing doctor. She is very kind, patient, understanding, and takes the time to listen to all of the concerns you might have. Her staff is awesome, Christine in the optical department is the best I’ve ever been to. She really knows what she’s doing. The front desk staff is good too. The office looks amazing now that Dr. Brown has bought the practice and I’m always amazed by what Dr. Brown has changed for the better. Keep up the good work!!

This is the rudest staff and doctor I have ever encountered. They did not listen at all to my concerns even though I had told them about physical problems and then took no responsibility for their errors.

I have been going to the office for several years and the staff currently is very knowledgeable and friendly. I love the recent changes to the office. Looks great!

FRONT DESK STAFF WERE UNHELPFUL WHEN MY ADULT DAUGHTER ARRIVED FOR HER FIRST APPOINTMENT. THE FRIST THING THEY DID WAS ASK HER FOR $40.00 UP FRONT BEFORE ANYTHING WAS DONE AS A 'FEE' WHEN WE HAD EXCELLENT EYE CARE COVERAGE. I HAD TO COME INTO TOWN MYSELF AS I COULD NOT DECIPHER FROM THE CLERK WHY THEY NEEDED THIS AMOUNT UP FRONT. EVENTUALLY, AFTER MAKING MYSELF VERY CLEAR AS TO WHAT OUR OBJECTIVE WAS, THEY SAID IT WAS FOR CONTACT LENS FITTING WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO BE INCLUDED IN COVERED SERVICES.
