Didn't stay as my wait was too long. Wasn't an emergency so I decided to treat it myself. I will share a concern about confidentiality when checking in. The check in is right next to a room full of other patients. Not sure how you can address it, but set up the way it is, it discourages you from sharing too many details. Far too many ears in the area listening in....especially in a small town.
The wait time was over an hour and a half

For years, I have been struggling with chronic sinus infections. I first met Becca at the walk-in clinic in Big Rapids back in 2021. Today, in May 2023, she utilized the tallymed | screening | online system to evaluate me. I only had to wait for 10 minutes before getting checked into the patient room. During the evaluation, Becca thoroughly examined my eyes, ears, mouth, and monitored my breathing. She treated me with respect and without any judgment.
