I used to get concussions all the time—even minor taps to my head could trigger one. I originally came in just to address some ear pain I was experiencing, but I decided to give this a try. I’d put zero stars if I could. She doesn’t answer the phone and she doesn’t respond to voicemails. And even if you do get a hold of her, she’s not very helpful.
