Dr. Rebecca Dunsmoor-Su and her staff are excellent. They are all very patient, helpful and caring. Dr. Rebecca is thorough and respectful. I appreciate that she took the time needed to be thorough and to answer all my questions. I highly recommend her.
I made an appointment months ago and am already 6 months past my check up due date. She canceled my appointment, at the last minute, on my appointment date. I see she has done this to many others. Perhaps caring for others is not her calling. A medical doctor who signs up to care for others has a responsibility to her patients. She is rude, cold and uncaring. Maybe next year you should plan ahead for time off during the holidays so you don't have to cancel all of your appointments at the last minute and kick all your patient... read more
If I could give no stars I would. It is unfortunate that I did not access the vitals website before making an appointment. One patient called her a cold harpy, I had to laugh at that one. She is a harpy! She was brusque and dismissive. Did not listen or seem to care about my suffering and she is a doctor?! Only cared about listening to herself talk (extremely self-absorbed). Please see another doctor, don't think this one will help you. Awful!
Took two months to get an appointment, then they cancelled the day before and wouldn't reschedule for another several weeks. I've already been dealing with symptoms for months so this has been a pretty rotten experience.
Dr. Dunsmoor-Su is a highly exceptional MD. She really listens to every concern both physical and emotional and provides a plan and follow up to make sure that everything possible is being done. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an attentive and compassionate specialist.
