After approximately 8 weeks or more (lost track) my diabetes medication, Ozempic, has still not gone through due to Dr. Fraid and/or this practice, not completing the prior authorization for the insurance company yet. The office had the audacity to call me to tell me to find a new provider, stating it was at Dr. Fraid’s request because of the way I spoke to staff at the office.
