My experience at Ortho Cincy in Florence was very, very pleasant.Everyone was super friendly. Dr. Popham was excellent! She's the only doctor I've seen who had taken her time to explain to me about my back. And why I have so much pain. I felt very comfortable with her due to the fact that she listened to me instead of diagnosing me. She explained how my my spine should look like ( brick and mortar) compared to my x-ray. Dr Popham and her staff were really great. Hardly any wait time to get X-rays and then talk with the doctor. She was very friendly, straight forward and explained everything simply. Her suggestion of an antibody plus a steroid Rx’s were spot on. My mysterious pain was almost completely abated by the next morning and I was able to walk unassisted the next day. Fantastic!! Thank you all at OrthoCincy Urgent Care in Florence!!
I walked in and didn’t have to wait long. Dr Popham was kind and honest. My back xray showed more disc degeneration than previous scans and I know there’s no miracle fix for my pain, but she helped me manage the next steps in my care. I appreciated her candor and suggestions. I’m feeling better than I did and I have a good grasp of what's next. I would definitely see her again. Thanks!
