After the office telling me they no longer accept my insurance as of September, I changed my insurance to stay with my doctor. Now, numerous doctors and medical assistants have left the office, you can't get a call back, now my doctor who I absolutely loved, Rebecca Diamond has up and left the office without ANY warning, until the day of my appointment! Well I've never felt more let down but a Nurse practitioner until now. The hoops I've had to jump through, changing my insurance so I could continue treatment I'd been receiving for over 7yrs. To go into my appt recently and find out she left without a word. Now the insurance I just changed to isn't accepted anymore bc of Rebecca's unexpected departure! I know so many other patients that were affected the same. Tell me how this is ethical??? If I could do 0 stars I would.
Rebecca is AMAZING. I couldn't ask for a better doctor. She is so kind and takes the time to really know me and make me comfortable while still guiding me and helping me tremendously in my recovery. I hope to NEVER lose her as my doctor. Thank you so much Rebecca for helping me to stay strong and just being there for me like no one else ever has been.
