Had my first appointment with Dr. Chen today very nice and efficient I would recommend her highly took her time with me I didn't feel rushed.
Hello. My mother and I called today, we spoke with pat and it was the most unprofessional experience we’ve had with your office thus far. Pat was not listening to the request, she continually cut my mom off while speaking. then hung up on us, she’s had to call us back after she realized she didn’t have the information she’s needed, due to her not listening the first time the information was given to her. I hope you calls are on a recorded line because I high recommend listening to both calls.
