Dont recommend at all- I used Rebecca chan services for a property purchase in Manhattan and she overcharged me the double of the initial fee, one day before signing the deal and withoy any notice. I was literally trapped and had to pay in order to sign and move it forward. Also lots of chasing and mistakes along the way. Will not use again.
