Dr. Phillips didn’t give me the space to ask the questions I came with, and proceeded to actually scold me when we went over time for our appointment. For the record, she came in late, and dominated the conversation for the first 5-10 minutes, but blamed me for going over when I had questions. Dr. Phillips was dismissive and unhelpful, left in a huff, and didn’t explain if she actually ordered any of the things we had discussed during our time together. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. I would give a zero if I could. She disregarded me, and refused to listen to a thing I asked for when she didn’t understand or disagreed. She put me on life threatening medication without checking the side effects and wouldn’t respond when I asked for help. She only cares for patients she deems worthy of her time.
Dr. Phillips is a wonderful doctor. She listens attentively, figures out a diagnosis quickly, and how to help. Her tech. Lis is also very nice and seems like she cares about you as a person. I had some forms for work I had to fill out and they squeezed me in today even though Dr. Phillips was booked out for over a month. Thank you for all your help!
Doctor Phillips is amazing. She always listens She never makes me feel like she's in a hurry. She addresses all of my concerns. As far as i'm concerned, she is the best of the best. Because of my circumstances, I've had many doctors over the years. But none, who are as caring and thorough and kind as Doctor Phillips, I would recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor who is caring and thorough. Her medical assistant, Lis is amazing as well.
