My appointment and my experience at Rebecca Brown's office was excellent! From the people at the front desk and everyone I interacted with after that, it was a great experience. Rebecca listened to what I had to say and she addressed each issue. She also made very good suggestions on things that she thought would help me. She is very knowledgeable. Rebecca also responded very quickly with our communication after I left her office. I can't say enough good things about her.
The staff is all so friendly and the facility was nice and clean. The wait time was also reasonable. I really think Doctor Brown listens to my needs and helps come up with a solution.
The best! I recently moved to another city and had to leave Becca Brown. I’m saddened for the change of doctors, but had to tell others that Becca is phenomenal! She made me feel comfortable, and she was always patient with me. She listened to my concerns, and acted accordingly to meet my needs.
