I went to Dr. Bagley for my 12-week checkup, excited to hear our baby’s heartbeat after a previous miscarriage. We arrived 10 minutes early but weren’t called back for 35 minutes, and when my husband checked with reception, they were rude. The nurse, Katie, was abrasive and bossy, leaving us both uncomfortable. Very demeaning and cold
Dr. Bagley comes across as not a very caring person. Bad bedside manner. I agree with some other reviews (on Google and other websites) that she has a rude and condescending manner - she needs to work on her attitude. She may be good at her job, but she needs to work on how she talks to her patients! I think doctors forget who they are sometimes - if it wasn't for their patients they may be out of a job! I would not recommend her.
