I would give this office ZERO stars if I could. I started seeing Dr. Winchester when I moved close to the Winghaven office in 2022. I thought, "great a woman, a DO; perfect!" Boy, was I wrong. Avoid this office at all costs. It's been impossible to get an appointment within a reasonable timeframe. For example, after an ER visit, I have been told to follow up with my primary in 3-5 days. Dr. Winchester and her entire staff are the best family office in the STATE. Not only is everyone in the office compassionate and understanding to your needs but they go above and beyond .
Very happy with Dr. Winchester. She has been my primary doctor going on five years now. Couldn't be happier having her as my doctor.
I saw Dr. Winchester for several years. Let’s start with you aren’t able to respond to myChart messages. They send you a message back and that’s it. Can’t leave voice mail either to have someone call you. My annual physical should have been at no charge. However, I would go in, she would ask a question about a condition and then I would get charged because she discussed a condition with me to “adjust treatment” - no adjustments were made BTW. Been seeing Dr Winchester for 6 months now and I’m very pleased! The appointments are quick and easy. She gives great advice. Never have an issue getting scheduled. She checks blood panels regularly. Really like her! And the staff is so nice!
