Staff is extremely rude, lacks compassion and has no regard for the time that we have to wait. With that being said they SHOULD NOT overbook when they only have ONE DOCTOR able to get the job done. They do not show professionalism once you question them about any ETA or how long etc. please DO BETTER or hire people who actually have that necessary trait to express empathy towards people already dealing with a hard situation.
