Dr. Aleck is very likely the best doctor I’ve ever had. She was able to diagnose my situation far better and faster than any other doctor. She absolutely helped me get back on a more beneficial path with the insight she shared with me.
Dr. Aleck is by far one of the best GP's I've ever had. I was extremely sad to see her leave Northwest in Bentonville and would love to know if and where she's currently practicing.
I like Dr Aleck She is patient and listens to me and answers my questions. It would be a shame if she moved to another facility. I would have to follow her if she stays practicing here in Arkansas.

Dr Aleck was very caring and informative. Her staff was helpful and followed up and returned calls quickly. She made some changes to my medication and I feel Great!!! Thank you Dr. Aleck, Im so glad I finally found someone who cares.
Finally, I found a GREAT Dr. She was very professional and knowledgable took time to explain some options and gave me guidance for my treatment. Her staff is caring and friendly. They even followed up with me the next day. Her and her staff are A+ in my book. I have given her name to some of my relatives who also are more than happy with her as our family physician she treats us all with compassion and we don't feel like a number, she actually knows our names and really cares about us. Thank you
Dr. Aleck gives her full attention to her patients while in the office. However, she gives mediocre attention to telephone calls. When calls are made by her patients or their prescription insurance company; the calls are rarely returned. She does not keep her patients informed of new prescriptions ordered; so they do not know (1) If the prescription is covered by their insurance; and (2) if the prescription is covered, the dollar amount of co-payment.
Incredible rude, will tap her watch and tell you to hurry and make a point. I thought maybe she was having a bad day and didn't rush to judge. Each appt worse than before, I regret not leaving sooner. I was treated like something she stepped in. Maybe Medicare doesn't pay her enough to listen. Dr Aleck has made me realize what great Drs I had to leave when relocating.
