Excellent practice from the front office to the doctors. Dr. Michels is very professional and friendly. She and her staff strive to give the best care to their patients.
Everyone at that office goes above and beyond!! From the front desk to checkout I feel important and loved!! Dr. Micheals is truly concerned and will stop at nothing to find resolutions . I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Rebecca Michaels office. Communication is often lacking internally from office staff and I would not recommend this practice.
Dr. Michels, NP Trish Pitman, and all staff are great. Not rushed by anyone and I feel like they all care. You’ll get exceptional service from the receptionists as well. I’ve actually had them evaluate and patch me to an immediate phone visit. Amazing! They draw labs right there in the office too. Very convenient, personable experience overall.
