Do not buy this Groupon!! Amber will cancel the appointment last minute for not a real reason. She has used the same excuse on me as others in these reviews. Just refund the Groupon and get a different package.
My sister gifted me a massage with Amber for my birthday and like most others, saw the reviews too late. However I was hopeful, booked, confirmed, etc. and less than two hours before my appointment got Amber’s text. She will cancel appointments right before, and will not get back to you to reschedule. It’s a shame because she does amazing massage.
This is a scam. She will steal your money. I saw the reviews too late. Don’t let her redeem your Groupon until the service is rendered. She canceled on me a while back saying she was sick, I texted a few times to get another appointment set up after I was told the appointment had passed and I couldn’t get another appointment. I drove about 40 minutes to get the massage and the room was dark, she didn’t answer texts or phone calls. Completely ghosted me. Save your money and don’t support this nonsense.
Should have read the reviews before buying my Groupon. Purchased a Groupon back in February. Amber was booked out till April, so I schedule one for then. I end up having to reschedule my session, which puts me in June. Appointment finally comes around and Amber texts me 2 hours before my appointment asking to reschedule.
