If I could give amber 0 stars then I would. After 7 months of waiting and her canceling my appointments hours before she finally told me that today at 10:30 would work for her. I took a day off work and after waiting outside her door for over 30 minutes with no answer to calls or texts I left. After reading all the other reviews I should have known. I had to book more than 2 months out and then the day of; 1 hour before my appointment I get a text message from a personal phone that we would have to cancel. Then I asked how I could reschedule and they did not reply. Very unprofessional, I didn’t even get to give a review of the actual massage because there is no other alternative other than to wait another 2 months to reschedule.
My experience echoed what many other reviews have said. I purchased a Groupon, scheduled my massage over two months in advance due to limited availability. The appointment was scheduled for 11 am today, I got a text at 9 am asking to push it back to 3:30pm. At 1:15 I got another text saying she is going to have to cancel for today and if we could move the appointment to tomorrow. I've been trying to book my appointment for a month. When I finally managed to book it, Amber cancelled a few hours before the app. She is very unresponsive, and it is hard to book the massage. NOT RECOMMENDED.
