There is a problem with there phone and the hours that are on the website are wrong I drove all the way over there to Hebron from South Dallas cause the online hours said that they were opened and I got there and they were closed I paid for a 2 month program and I have only got one month of what I paid for and I tried calling them to see what I can do but the phone is either busy or says the I dialed a invalid number bit it's the same number that I set the first and only appointment that I have had at that same number. Jorge, the owner, was very down to earth and genuinely concerned with my well being. Dr. Matt was quick and seemed very well educated In his field. I didn't feel like a patient, I felt like family.
SCAM. I visited this place, because they advertised a free test in Facebook. They confirmed on the phone it will be free. Visited, they did the test and now I and my health insurance have a bill of $1000 and a collection agency threatening my credit rating. I spoke multiple times with Rebalance Wellness Center - may be 10 times, with Jorge, who is a manager there, and he always promised to take care of this but never did. So these people are dishonest and unreliable. I would never trust my health to such people.
