I started with Joe mid last year for PT sessions and my goal was not only to become physically stronger, but mentally stronger too. Sauna & Sound Healing Bliss My partner and I had the most beautiful, grounding experience at Invy Sauna. From the moment we arrived Renee made us feel welcomed and at ease. I'd forgotten how good a sauna is! As a parent of 2 young kids, grabbing a sauna with plenty of time to shower (oh the our door show is amazing!) and relax in the recovery room is just AWESOME!
What an oasis! Invy Sauna is a clean, well curated space for healing and relaxation. Renee is the most accommodating host and makes you feel right at home. The facilities are divine and the recovery room…well, you’ll never want to leave. Can’t wait for our next Invy Sauna day - it will be a regularity in our schedule now!
Invy Sauna is the perfect place to get some solo time out from Mum life! Renee is so welcoming and you are taken care of from the moment you step through the gate. I spent 30 minutes in the sauna and then cooled off under the outdoor shower which, was surprisingly a lush experience! The recovery room was such a special way to end my hour session. I took my book, sipped the welcome tea and chilled out. Definitely recommend the cold towel add on and I also had the tropical replenishment drink.
