Laurie’s MYK therapy plus massage has helped with my back alignment and my aching feet. Laurie is very knowledgeable of the muscular and nervous systems releasing tension in my upper back to my calves.I wake up less stiff and I’m back hiking with less foot discomfort . I would highly recommend Laurie

I am amazed that Laurie helped relieve the tension I've had in my right thigh for the past 10 years, after only 2 treatments! I notice more ease during workouts! Besides her wonderful, sensitive massage skills, the MYK was eye opening!

Laurie at Rebalance Massage is very knowledgeable and skilled as a practitioner of the myokinesthetic technique! She did a fantastic job on helping me figure out why I have chronic pain in my knees and numbness in my arm. She helped work my muscles and tendons to stretch and retrain. She gave me different skills to try to help build strength and stretch. I would highly recommend Laurie. I so appreciate the knowledge and help. I highly recommend, you will like Laurie she is very sweet and makes you feel comfortable.
