I sold a pristine Louis Vuitton bag that had never been used, still had the tags inside, and was in the original dust bag. I have photos of the bag showing its condition. Rebag offered me $925 for it. So I sent it to them. As a reputable reviewer, I hope you can write honest review about Rebag and don’t mislead the customers. Why nobody investigate all the customers they have screwed in the past ? For example, I had terrible experience with them ! I sent my perfect New Jennifer bags in then got returned without the belt !!! I contacted them so many times and nobody would get back to me. I bought two bags from Rebag. Before processing the order I had to provide photos of my licence and credit card. I understand them wanting to verify the purchase, but it took them a week to verify the order and ship it. Then, they shipped the items separately and put the total for the whole order on the shipment instead of the actual value of the one bag in the box. I was over charged $220 in duties. Purchased three bags, paid for them, then was told that I needed to do online verification by sending a copy of my credit card and license over an unsecured email. I thought it was a fraudulent email, until I found out they were serious. When I attempted to rectify the situation, I further found out that the sales associate didn't even put my full name on the shipping order, did not now the proper protocol for purchases and then when corporate contacted me I was told they were educating the staff on this issue. Whatever you do, RUN from this company! I tried to sell my LV Neonoe Red bag in pristine condition, less than 7 months old and they accepted the offer but rejected upon arrival. This bag had BARELY been used... When I called to ask for details, they said “none can be given” just that final approval team rejected the bag. “It might not be on condition, not sure” I then ask, is it due to authenticity? AWFUL EXPERIENCE DO NOT USE REBAGG! My bag was stolen upon shipping to them and they did NOT reach out to tell me. I learned upon calling them as a follow-up. No manager has reached out to me still, they DO NOT CARE. USE ANOTHER COMPANY.
